Dolphin House Charity
Registered charity no. 288174
Dolphin House is a pioneering complementary health charity, providing
complementary healthcare for babies, children and young people throughout
Brighton and Hove. Established in 1983, we are the only charity
dedicated to ensuring the benefits of this kind of provision are
accessible to families on low income.
The charities unique Children’s Clinic situated at 14 New
Road is a multi-disciplined clinic providing acupuncture, creative
arts therapy, herbal medicine, homeopathy and osteopathy. All our
practitioners are fully qualified and specialise in treating children
with acute and chronic conditions. All treatments are provided on
a donation basis, this allows us to operate an inclusive policy,
whereby nobody is turned away that might benefit from our treatments.
The charity also delivers a number of outreach clinics in the community
throughout Brighton and Hove, including Moulsecoomb, Hollingdean
and Whitehawk. We work in partnership with local schools and Children's
Centres and the majority of our referrals come primarily from local
health and community workers, as well as midwives. Our outreach
service enables us to meet the needs of hard to reach families and
provide them with an integrated approach to their overall healthcare.
Please take a look at our website www.dolphin-house.org.uk
or contact us on 01273 324790 for more information.
Dolphin House is extremely grateful for the support of Sussex Beer
and Cider Festival. We receive no statutory funding and so rely
on donations from individuals and local organisations.
